Seyon Management was chosen to oversee and manage the split of one warehouse into two different buildings. To do so, Seyon Management engaged Walker Development and Newbury Design Associates to help with this process. We are actively searching for tenants that will call this new space home.
Seyon Management was engaged to oversee the repositioning of Unitex’s future New England hub. Roof Lift Specialists and Plump Engineering were hired to help Seyon Management raise the roof from 16’ to 32’ clear height.
