Seyon Management was chosen to oversee and manage the split of one warehouse into two different buildings. To do so, Seyon Management engaged Walker Development and Newbury Design Associates to help with this process. We are actively searching for tenants that will call this new space home
Seyon Management implemented a significant capital improvement campaign to capture the significant demand from e-commerce. With help from both Jewett Construction and Newbury Design Associates, we were able to completely lease the building before construction was completed.
The project at 2 Kay Way conducted at the tail end of 2018 was a 4 phased repositioning of an existing warehouse building in Stoughton Massachusetts. The 4 phases included a new roof, an interior renovation of the warehouse and office, a new front façade for the building, and a demolition of approximately 13,000 SF to create more room for full sized tractor trailers, and the addition of new loading docks.
The most recent project at 112 Barnum was the restoration of core and shell condition in half of the building to prepare for tenant occupation. The core and shell work included demolition and make safe of all defunct equipment, piping and electrical circuits. The project also included the addition of asphalt to access a drive in door, and the installation of 2 new loading docks along the southwest facing elevation of the property.
The tenant improvement project included installation of all new loading dock equipment, improvements to site drainage, installation of a new drive in door, and the repaving of the entire parking lot.
