Seyon is seeking a Property Accountant to join its Accounting and Finance team. This position will be responsible for assisting the team with a wide range of tasks – from reporting, reconciliations, and analysis to debt compliance, budgeting, and forecasting. This role will cross collaborate with a variety of team members to help influence critical decisions. The successful candidate is passionate about real estate, detail-oriented, capable of analyzing large amounts of data, assimilating new ideas efficiently, and has a high-level of proficiency with Excel and Yardi.
